The food... read more was very well prepared and presented , the menu is fairly predictable, familiar to Brits and without any particular regional bias although it was surprising to see some Chinese offerings in a sub menu. We stuck to standard fare, chicken jalferezi, dal, garlic nans etc. Generous helpings, robust spicing, all good. Interesting beer selection, Hobgoblin and a '1565 victory' lager which was good but nobody could tell us what the victory was and over whom, I'll look it up. Courteous and keen service, I gave it 4 stars only because I only give 5 to something truly exceptional, which we think this place will become, we look forward to regular checking.
